REOS for ChatGPT
Connect ChatGPT to REOS using your own account. Ask about your portfolio, find records, and use the management tools your account permits.
Your account controls your access
Each person connects separately with their own REOS login. Installing or sharing the plugin does not grant access to any business or another person’s records. Staff access follows the business permissions already assigned in REOS.
What you can do
Authorized staff can review portfolio briefings, rent rolls, arrears, tenant and lease records, and maintenance information. Supported lease changes use a proposal followed by a separate confirmation. Vendor work updates, dispatch responses and document uploads continue in the vendor portal.
What stays in REOS
The connector does not take payments, post rent charges, send tenant or owner messages, or grant account access. Use the appropriate REOS screen and approval process for those actions.
Getting started
When REOS is available to your ChatGPT account, connect it through the plugin’s sign-in flow. Try: “Which businesses can I manage in REOS?” Public plugin availability is pending submission and review.
