Using this site
This website provides information about RR Property Management and secure portals for our tenants, vendors, and property owners. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
Accounts and portals
Access to the tenant, vendor, and owner portals is limited to authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for the activity on your account.

REOS plugin terms

These terms cover the REOS plugin for authorized users in the United States. Use your own REOS account, keep its credentials confidential and access only records you are permitted to manage. Sharing or installing the plugin does not transfer another person's permissions. Available functions depend on your account and the connected version.
Review returned information against the underlying REOS record before a consequential decision. Supported lease changes require a proposal and separate confirmation; review the proposed change before confirming it. The connector does not transfer money, take payments, post rent charges, send messages, grant roles or delete tenants. Use the authorized REOS workflow for operations outside the connector. There is no payment or purchase checkout inside the plugin.
Do not bypass access controls, impersonate another user, expose records you are not authorized to share or attempt unsupported actions. Access may stop when credentials expire, permissions are revoked or the service is unavailable. Existing leases, vendor agreements and property obligations are not changed by using the plugin. ChatGPT is governed separately by OpenAI's terms and account arrangements.
